red flame

cuff bracelet with enameled flowers

Fire-patina on the brass is created through a process of placing the brass in the torch flame and then quickly quenching in water to capture the colors that the flame created. This patina is complimented in every way by the red flame enamel flowers. Vitreous enamel is torch-fired at 1500 degrees to produce the luster finish on these flowers.

Taking a lead from mother nature, the inspiration behind this bracelet is the red chili pepper photo seen here.

brass cuff bracelet with large enameled flowers

Fire-patina on the brass is created through a process of placing the brass in the torch flame and then quickly quenching in water to capture the colors that the flame created. This patina is complimented by the two-tone, layered enamel flowers in mandarin orange and petal pink. Vitreous enamel is torch-fired at 1500 degrees to produce the luster finish on these flowers.

Taking a lead from mother nature, the colors captured in this sunset photo – seen here – are also captured by this piece of wearable art.
